Shipping & Returns offers a limited product lifetime warranty for Bags, Impact 360 Shields, and Impact Shields for the original end purchaser. Coverage specifically covers products that are sewn and designed to carry and hold multiple device types. Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees that our Bags and Shields are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective, we will repair or replace it without charge. Customer can contact for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in the original packaging and not used with valid receipt. reserves the right to repair or replace with the same or similar product that is current to our line. The warranty is non-transferable. Coverage terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from 3rd party sellers on online sales auction sites. Online sales auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of your purchase.
